Haley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in group therapy settings, and mental health programs, working with individuals navigating a variety of life challenges. Haley utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches, to ensure each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual.

Haley has extensive experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. She practices a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, leading to personal growth, resilience, and healing.

As a new mom herself, Haley deeply understands the pressures of balancing various life roles and challenges. She strives to help clients find clarity, build coping skills, and develop personalized strategies that empower them to manage stress and life’s obstacles.

Before becoming a private practice therapist, Haley spent 2 years working in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), where she supported clients through their struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life experiences. In addition to her PHP/IOP experience, Haley has served as an assessment coordinator, evaluating individuals seeking mental health services and helping them find the right level of care.
