Hearten is growing !  We are searching for rock star clinicians who are wanting to join our practice located in the eccentric, Historic Downtown McKinney Square.

Each clinician at Hearten Counseling is an independent practitioner that maintains autonomy and control over their case load and schedule as a 1099 contractor.

Hearten Counseling provides the following:

• Assistance with Client Referrals 

• Furnished, Private Office Space

• EHR account 

• Marketing/Advertising Support including business cards, social media marketing, website maintenance, etc.

• Supplied Play Rooms & Art Space

• Hearten Counseling email & phone number

• Provides credentialing service with insurance panels for fully licensed clinicians 

• Management of insurance claims, denials, errors, etc.

• Weekly pay with a generous split
