Sabrina aims to assist adolescents and young adults in managing the challenges of anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and significant life transitions like starting a new school, relocating, or entering college. Through compassionate and evidence-informed care, she creates a safe environment where clients can develop resilience, healthy coping mechanisms, and work towards improved emotional well-being. Sabrina believes that every individual possesses the inherent ability to build a meaningful and fulfilling life. Utilizing a person-centered approach, she helps clients identify their strengths and potential while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to cultivate effective coping strategies that extend beyond therapy.

Sabrina's experience in educational settings has highlighted the crucial role of community support for adolescents. Sabrina collaborates with parents and guardians until clients turn 18, believing that this partnership fosters a consistent, nurturing environment for young to flourish. For young adults, she emphasizes self-actualization, guiding them to their identities, values, and goals as they embrace independence.

Ultimately, Sabrina seeks to empower clients to become the best versions of themselves, both within and outside of therapy. In 2021, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences – Nutritional Science from Oklahoma State University, Sabrina began her career as a Nursing Assistant in Dallas, Texas. She worked in an inpatient facility for eating disorder recovery and on the orthopedics floor of a local hospital, where she recognized a significant need for comprehensive mental health care among patients. This insight prompted a shift in her career direction. Instead of continuing with nursing, Sabrina pursued a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Amberton University. During her graduate studies, she served as an admission counselor and cheer coach at a private high school in Dallas, where her passion for supporting adolescents grew, particularly in navigating the complexities of adolescence and young adulthood.

Sabrina believes every young person deserves a supportive figure who will listen, guide, and champion their growth. She strives to be a compassionate presence that inspires the next generation as they discover and pursue their unique journeys.

Sabrina's private pay rate is $115 per session.

Sabrina accepts Aetna & Cigna PPO plans.
